A Letter About The Author’s First Book

Hi Garry,
I finally get the chance to tell you my thoughts on your book –
One Aussie’s Endeavours
Firstly thank you for allowing me to read it -- although I still
have not read from front to back covers -
I have read many of the poems and stories in it. I find each
One so different to the previous one -
I feel - that I can feel your mood - if you are having a good or
bad day -- some poems are so deep, so sincere, and so true to life –
then there are the others that make me sad - because I feel
these are the dark days - the one that haunt you and it all
comes through in your work.

If I had to word this is a simple sentence -- it would go like
this " I feel I am reading your diary "(your name is not
mentioned - but the thoughts are so real - both the good and
The more articles I read - the more I want to read – never
knowing from one title to the next title what is coming next –
some titles give a hint - but its not till you read it from top to
bottom - do you take in the full extent of the work you have
put into this great book.
Once again thank you Garry for sharing these intimate
moments with us all - cause that is how I see this book of
your - your feelings of love, dreams, desire, lust, hate, distrust,
trust, lonely, fulfilled, happy and sad – and many more!!

Not only are the words special - so are the pictures - your
travels make this book just a little different to other poetry
books I have read.
Thank you Garry
Your friend always

re your second Book- CONTRAVERSIAL Dreams Wishes Hopes Lyrics

What can I possibly say that hasn’t been said already.
The feelings you are able to so freely put down on paper- wow- its just unreal-
To know you or not know you - the intensity of your emotions is so deep and so real-
I could feel them - every hurt- every tear- every laugh- and every pain- -
Believe me it was an exhausting trip- going into your books- this second book is equally as rivetting
as the first- and has just as much emotion-
I always read from cover to cover- there's no missing bits- and so I sat determined to follow your life
through with you- beside you all the way- wanting to hear your heart sing and to be healed -
Maybe next book- your will find what you so desperately seek-
The love of another human being who can understand you -
Heal your heart and help you through your life with all your pains and hurts -
some one who is balm to your heart- for surely you deserve it my friend -

I don’t know if my words will mean much to you, but I am so
fortunate to have had the pleasure of reading your first book - One Aussies Endeavours -
The fact that you have so much stacked against you to start with
by way of Dyslexia, and the  ADHD and DDD you are on another level. As usual with these things
you spent your life being taunted persecuted and punished for something that was no fault of your own
other than you were born !!! - A child born in a world of ignorance of some being so different and so deeply
emotional and thoughtful of the world as a whole not just ones own selfish means and needs.
Your educators need the lessons that you have borne through you own strengths and will to make a go if it
- in Aussie terms- "have a go " well have a go is something you are going to teach the world about.
Your self belief and the trials you have encountered its amazing. The book itself - its like a diary
of trials and odds that got stacked against you. Your hopes and dreams of bettering the world. your strong
belief in the maker himself-God- has surely been the strength that has made you write this.
Your lack of being educated in the "normal system" is minor in comparison to the education you are offering
others to be educated in holding a dream and never losing sight of it -of fighting against  "the System"
and proving that there is another level of education - one for deeply emotional children -
children who are thinkers and not always able to express themselves.
To the Government officials who do nothing except decide in their uneducated minds what is best for the
children- {when they have no idea what goes on in a child's mind} - would do well to all be made to read
these books of yours and see what the effect of their decisions have on the parents and children of those decisions.
To the spouses of people who have legal custody of those children- think about this- you both made the
decision to have children- why cant you get over those emotional spouse feelings and see what you are doing
to each other and to your children. To your future, and their future- the tortures you put them all through,
by having legal custody. Why cant moral custody be brought into the equation of lives so young and
impressionable. Your life is like reading pages of your diary it is so clear and so complex from where you
came to where you are headed.
My friend, we have to date never met, but it is my honor to have read this much of your writings so far,
and to only say to you don’t ever give up. There will be many more like me to give you the encouragement to
go on knowing that one day you will be recognized by the officials in this world who govern us, and that
your children will be proud of their father's achievements.
To all the single fathers out there who have rare and emotional meetings with their children never give up
hope there has to be a rainbow out there for you somewhere, some time, just be patient .
The tears I cried for you were so real- I felt your pain for you, I travelled through your book with you,
not knowing what to expect - other than you will be "dumped on and baulked ", again and again. It seems my
feelings were proven right. I have been left wanting to help you and wanting to know more about you.
The person behind these great works for you are truly inspirational.
Garry- if nothing else happens - keep up the great work my friend - your are a leader, and don’t ever forget
that- you are truly inspirational to all who read these books.

Well! I just read your story or should I say your life story,
What an experience you are having,
